and when they came right out of the oven, they tasted pretty good with the help of some ketchup. I made a whole batch and froze them so I microwaved one and ate it with ketchup and it wasn’t good. I had to distract myself from the taste while eating it. Now I have all these egg muffins in the freezer and I wasted so many eggs.
I see a ton of before and afters of people who switched to doing more weights than cardio and get amazing results and I don’t know if I should do more cardio because I have to lose around 30-40lbs, maybe even more, or do more weights. Any advice? I feel like I should do more cardio than weights because I have fat to burn, but at the same time I don’t want to over do it and put in time for weights.
My current routine is doing cardio 5 times a week for 30 mins and one of those days will be pure cardio for about an hour. I’m thinking of switching that to 30 mins of strength training. This way I will do 4 days of cardio and 5 days of strength training, opinions, advice?
My abs are so sore. I tried to do 5 bicycle crunches and it felt like my tummy was about to explode, I forgot how hard those are and I only did 5 lmao props to those who can do 50 straight thru, I can’t wait to get there.
