I have a trip to Florida tomorrow and today I was supposed to do various things before I left. I had to do 2 loads of laundry, finish a paper, pack my belongings, wash my hair and get a mani and pedi. I took a nap around 3 and woke up at 7. I got the two loads of laundry going and I’m writing my paper now, but I know I’m not gonna finish it completely like how I hoped. I’m such a procrastinator. I’ve barely packed anything for my trip, all I have in my luggage are my clothes and underwear. I have to pick out shoes, towels, swimsuits, hair products, makeup, jewelry and shitload of other stuff. I also have to pack an extra mini bag for a stay at a motel halfway through the trip since we’re driving. This is so stressful and I don’t think I’ll have time to do my hair. I would go to the salon, but there’s no point since I’m going to the beach and staying at a house with a pool. I practically being in water everyday.
Hii!:)) so I love working out and I run like crazy and I eat healthy and I'm so happy and full of energy thanks to it. (Which means a lot since I've always had a bad relationship with food) but I'm trying to tone ny legs and inner thighs and I've tried a lot of things but I wonder if you have any tips on how to get toned inner thighs?? I myself don’t have toned inner thighs, but from research I’ve learned that thighs are one of the hardest parts of the body to burn off fat and get lean/toned. My favorite fitness youtube channel is fitnessblender, they are amazing. They have tons of lower body workout videos. I highly recommend them, their workouts leave me sore for days and the thing I like most about their workouts it’s that they’re not 5 or 10 minutes. They’re 20-40 minutes of hard work and they do it with you. If you do choose to check them out, make sure to add weights to the workouts. Also, be patient with this. You’re not going to see results overnight. Keep up the positive attitude and don’t give up!
